There will be 1 (solo competitors), 2 or 3 person teams.
5 Minutes of work with a 1 minute rest of the following (25 minutes of total work)
Add reps and calories to get the total score.
We will kick it off with the first heat running at 7 AM.
Two teams (or solos) will go at one time.
Every 6 minutes, a new group will start.
