Endless Summer Challenge

The Endless Summer Challenge

This will be our most fun team event of all time!

The Endless Summer Challenge will be a held on Saturday, October 14 at The Training Room in Avon by the sea.

Teams of 2, 3 or 4 people will complete the following course (as a team):

If you don't have a team, we will find one for you.

Heats will begin a 8 am and will go off every 10 minutes...

  • 100 yard Tank Sled push
  • 100 calories rower
  • 100 medicine ball slams
  • 100 calories bike
  • 400 yard farmer carry
  • 100 calories ski erg
  • 100 yard crawl
  • 400 yard sand bag carry
After party to follow the event!
